To upload your image(s), you can use our online customizer which can be found on the following product pages; Wraparound Mug, Custom Mug and Custom Large Mug. Compatible image formats: JPG, JPEG, PNG, and SVG.

We also have our templates available to download and you can email this to us at: info@whatthemug.com along with your order number.

Yes of course! We offer free instore pickup, please ensure your order is ready via email confirmation before coming in.

To choose store pick up you will still have to enter a "shipping address" at check out, once entered you can select to pick up from our Toronto, Ottawa or Napanee locations.

UPDATE: We have reopened with reduced hours and staff. Because of this we are trying our best to process orders as quick as possible.

Napanee Pickup: Custom mugs will be ready for pickup in 2 - 4 business days.

Ottawa Pickup: Location is currently CLOSED.

Please note express shipping does not mean faster production time. Orders are still 2 - 4 business days for shipped mug orders.

Ensure you have received the 'ready-for-pickup' email confirmation before coming by to pickup.

Once you have input your shipping address at checkout, you will have a choice of shipping options. Shipping is calculated at checkout, we can give you a quote for rush / larger orders.

Our preferred shipping provider for within Canada is Canada Post. You can select from Expedited Parcel, Xpresspost or Priority services.
  
For overseas shipping we have DHL, UPS and Purolator services available.

Please note we will not use customer's own shipping accounts to send out orders.
Due to security restrictions, we cannot ship to APO/FPO/DPO locations.

UPDATE: Due to COVID-19 and the holiday season, shipping delays are expected. Please be patient with postal services during this time.

All our products are printed and shipped from Toronto only on weekdays.
